Luxriot is an open architecture Video Management System (VMS). Luxriot accepts MJPEG, MPEG4 and H.264 as well as HD and megapixel video streams from Network (IP) cameras, encoders and video capture boards. Luxriot is integrated with over 900 devices from all major manufacturers including Axis, Arecont Vision, Basler, Sanyo, SONY, IQinVision, UDP and others. This along with Luxriot client-server architecture allows to build hybrid scalable solutions from a single NVR/DVR to the multiple server system handling thousands of cameras.

Luxriot DVR/NVR System Requirements

OS: Windows XP Home Edition, Windows XP Professional, Windows Vista, Windows 7*, Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2003 x64.

CPU: LuxRiot DVR is a multi-threaded application, so using multi-core CPU is strongly recommended.

Video Adapter: A video adapter with at least 256 Mb of memory is recommended. Using 128BIT Video cards is recommended for systems streaming 24 cameras or more. Using innovative 3D-optimized video adapters doesn't increase performance, since LuxRiot DVRClient is using only 2D drawings.

HDD: Required Hard Drive space greatly depends on the frame rate, frame size, and desired number of days to store.
